How we got started
My grandmother worked in a pasta factory in Padova, Northern Italy and when I was a child I recall fresh pasta was never far from the dinner table. Pasta has stayed with me all through my life and in In 2019 I decided to become Vegan and this is when I started my journey to become a restaurant entrepreneur by opening, Raveoli, based here at Boxpark, Croydon. We stay committed to our family values by using only healthy ingredients with no artificial additives, colouring a preservatives.
Looking to the future our vision is to expand the business in London. We are excited to be nearing completion on a cook-at-home kit comprising of freshly made pasta and a sauce of your choice delivered to your door. We will announce more details on this exciting venture soon.
We are also exploring gluten free options and rolling out a delivery service.
